At Ray's Wine & Spirits, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to state regulations, returns on alcoholic beverages are only permitted for defective or spoiled products. If you encounter a corked or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure the product is defective, spoiled, or damaged, as we cannot accept returns for change of mind due to legal compliance.
- 2.Contact Our Team
Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization Code.
- 3.Prepare the Item
Keep the original bottle and at least 75% of its contents, as our distributors require the physical product to verify the defect.
- 4.In-Store or Mail Return
Bring the item back to our physical location or follow our provided shipping instructions to complete your exchange or credit process.
